Azienda Guerrieri's 48 hectares of vineyards are dedicated to the following white grapes: Bianchello, Verdicchio, Chardonnay, Sauvignon e Moscato; and red grapes: Sangiovese, Montepulciano, Lacrima, Cabernet Sauvignon e Merlot.
Azienda Guerrieri's winery relies on the most advanced wine-making technique, which is located at the heart of their vineyards to reduce the time from harvesting to the vinification process. The energy they use is produced by our 300Kw solar panels which are installed on some of our farm buildings. Among the various wine-making techniques, they use stainless steel tanks and rigorous thermal control during the fermentation and preservation processes, oxygen-free pressing, fermentation with select yeasts, and cold maceration.
The aging of the wines occurs in (stainless) steel, tanks, large and small French oak barrels, or in Italian oak barrels. The aging process varies from 3 to 24 months depending on the type of wine in production..
Bright golden color both velvety and intense with a strong scent of white peach, aromatic herbs and a light notes of vanilla and citrus. An excellent wine which should evolve and improve over a couple of years. Pairs well with seafood, white meat, cheese and truffles.

The name Celso is a homage to the ancestor Celso Guerrieri , the proud, serious and hard-working farmer who planted the very first vineyard at the Guerrieri estate at the beginning of the 20th century. Celso Bianchello del Metauro Superiore from Guerre is an aromatic, fresh and spicy white wine made from the local grape variety Bianchello, also called Biancamo. The grape is only found in the small wine region of Urbine and Pesaro close to the Italian central east coast. This straw-yellow colored wine has wonderful aromas of white flowers, citrus fruit, peach and aromatic herbs and the palate is rich in yellow apple, grapefruit and spice, balanced with a lively acidity and a full and creamy structure and mouthfeel. It is quite versatile with a wide food pairing range and goes well with salads, vegetarian dishes, seafood and white meat .
The top white wine of the Azienda Guerrieri is only pressed in the best years from the grape variety Bianchello. Grapes from selected lengths are partly fermented in wooden barrels and then matured in barriques for 12 months. The elegance is reminiscent of white burgundy. The wine smells of ripe quinces, melons, Mirabelle plums, forest honey, herbs and vanilla. In the mouth it is full, engaging and long. It goes well with grilled sea fish, pasta with veal, truffled pie and much more.
Here sangiovese, montepulciano and cabernet sauvignon have come together in a beautiful blend. The spicy cedar dominates the aroma and taste at first, but then flows into sweet spices, blackberries, cranberries and plums. Super ripe in texture, but the tasty factor is increased by the juiciness of the fruit sweetness and the freshness. Final with lightly toasted tannins. Excellent companion for red meat, game dishes and all kinds of pasta.
A top wine from Guerrieri. Blend of hand-picked montepulciano and sangiovese grapes from the oldest sticks in the winery. This cuvée is only made in the best years. Maturation in oak barrels for 12 months. Deep purple in color with an almost inky black core. In the delicious scent intense aromas of ripe fruit, sweet blackberries
and hints of balsamic. The taste is full, almost creamy with silky tannins and fine acidity. The whole is perfectly balanced with a long finish.
