There is a ripe, perfumed quality to the fruit as this beautifully balanced Sicilian white opens up. La Segreta Bianco is pale gold with a light, greenish hue. It has a lively aromatic bouquet that mingles hints of lychee, pineapple, kumquat, peach blossom, and wild mint. The mouthfeel is full, dry and balanced by a persistent natural acidity typical of this blend and winemaking approach. The wine is smooth and supple with a satisfying aftertaste of mint, and a long finish.

Moscato di Noto is a wine to begin with, as an aperitif, which is notably aromatic. From single-variety Moscato Bianco grapes, it is harvested slightly early and vinified in such a way as to leave no sugary residues. Cultivated among the white soil of the Buonivini estate, whose limey soils are shared with perfumed almond groves, and representing the Sicilian version of the aromatic wine so widespread today.

The grapes are picked into crates and are at once refrigerated at 8°C. After light crushing and destemming they are soft pressed. The decanted must is racked and inoculated with yeasts then ferments at 15°C for 20 days. The wine thus obtained remains on the lees until February with continuous mixing. 10% of the must is fermented in barriques.

Light salmon pink in color with hints of burnt orange, this scintillating rose has mouth-watering aromas of strawberry, cranberry, rose petals, and exotic spice. Gorgeous layers of flavor with a juicy core of pure red berry, cherry and almost confectioned mulberry flavors. The light floral, fruit, and spice notes contribute to a supple, rounded character in this beautiful wine, with a dry lingering finish that leaves you going back for more.

Ruby red with slight purple hue, this wine offers intense aromas of red currant, mulberry and raspberry. Mid-palate aromas reveal more complex hints of dark chocolate, roasted herbs, and mint. Supple, rounded and dry, the medium to full body is characterized by sweet, ripe berry fruits, supported by excellent acidity and a structure that adds deft balance and helps keep the finish lengthy, firm, and clean.

The grapes are picked into crates and, if necessary, are at once refrigerated at 10⁰C, then selected by hand; after destalking, they ferment at 23⁰C in wooden vats and in stainless steel vats, they remain on the skins for 14 days, with a mixing and two manual stirrings each day, decanted with the help of the vertical press and the wine obtained thus matures in wooden and stainless steel vats for 6-8 months

The name Frappato most likely originates from the mispronunciation of the adjective "fruity” to indicate the variety’s most prevalent characteristic. Frappato is a variety which is presently only grown in Vittoria, Sicly. It is characterized by a wide aromatic range consisting of elegant hints of flowers and cherry, along with soft tannins.

An intensely perfumed red that brings together two of Sicily’s most significant indigenous varieties – Nero d’Avola and Frappato. Both fleshy and delicately silky, the wine displays a striking purity of fruit, in particular ripe red berries and candied bing cherries. Notes of rose petals and violets ring out on the long finish, which is supple and persistent. A light undertone of volcanic minerality contributes verve to this graceful beauty.

This beautiful, refined wine is purple red in color, with a violet hue. The smooth and vibrant palate feel exudes notes of pomegranate, mulberry, boysenberry, and blackberry with over tones of tobacco. The finish is long and satisfying, with lingering nuances of carob, juniper, and dried figs against a backdrop of elegant, compact tannins.
