how is frescobaldi extra virgin olive oil made?

The Award-winning Laudemio extra virgin olive oil has become synonymous with luxury and quality. Perfect whole Tuscan olives picked at the best stage of ripeness are cold pressed preserving flavour and aroma. The oil is produced predominantly with handpicked Frantoio (70%), Moraiolo (20%) and Leccino (10%) olives which are pressed in their own mill on their beautiful Castello di Nipozzano estate. The distinctive faceted bottle chosen by the Laudemio Consorzio is attractively boxed, keeping it out of the light and maintaining the high quality of the oil.
