Angelo Dubini and wife Maria Locatelli purchased the property known as Palazzone and went to work restructuring and replanting the vineyards. It wasn't till 1982 that the first small vintage was produced by their two sons, Giovanni and Lodovico. Their strong focus on quality sees Palazzone bottling just one-fifth of potential production.
