Colour
Lovely intense yellow colour with delicate greenish

Nose

wine, balanced and fresh, with a finish that is long and enchanting.

Vinification
Fermented for 21 days with no maceration on the skins.
The malolactic fermentation is partially done in barriques.
Ageing
4 months in stainless steel, 3 months in barriques, 1 month in bottles.
