A beautiful amber colour with pleasant aromas of great finesse showing characteristics of dried figs, dates, ripe apricots and honey. The palate offers a velvety soft structure that is well balanced with good persistence making it ideal with pastries, Sicilian cassata and also spicy pecorino cheese.
