Ca’ Bianca is one of the youngest cellars in the Piedmontese wine scene. The Ca’ Biance Estates extend over an area of 39 hectares on the hills of Alto Monferrato in a single unit in the shape of a circle around the vinification cellar. Established in the early fifties, Ca’ Bianca sets out to make the most of the best attributes of the typical vine variety of the area, the Barbera, which here adopts the domination Barbera d’Asti.
