Barbero 1891

Aperol was first created by the Barbieri company in 1919 using a subtle blend of bitter orange, gentian and rhubarb along with an array of herbs and roots. After the second world war, it really took off and in the early nineties the Barbieri company was acquired by Barbero 1891 and Aperol has developed even further.
