Spring is sparkling

Spring is here and that means the Spring Racing Carnival and sparkling wine. Everyone knows the French are famous for Champagne but Italy also has a long history of producing wonderful sparkling wines. The region of Franciacorta in Lombardy is to Italy what Champagne is to the French.
