Jeff Martin's ‘Back of House’ exhibition draws on his eighteen years of experience in local restaurants. In that time he has worked both back and front of house, absorbing the atmosphere and energy synonymous with the industry.

The result is a fascinating collection of artwork that captures the passion and excitement of some Melbourne's most famous kitchens.
