One of our fine wines features in this month’s Australian Good Food Magazine, in Matt Skinner’s column.
Here is what Matt has to say about the 2007 Donnafugata Sedara:
This clean, modern Sicilian wine is made from nero d’avola grapes. Half the wine spends six to eight months in oak, so expect a bright, fruit-driven nose of sweet, dark fruit and bitter chocolate. A soft, juicy, well-structured mouthful of wine completes the picture. Drink with braised sausages with polenta.
