Reviews from a number of prominent wine publications have just been released celebrating Belpoggio Montalcino.
The Brunello di Montalcino DOCG 2009 received 90 points from Robert Parker, who described it as "deeply laden with ripe fruit, clove and baking spice".
Decanter (UK) also awarded the wine 90 points, while The Wine Enthusiast gave an impressive 92 points.
Decanter Magazine also reviewed the Brunello Belpoggio 2009, awarding it an exceptional 89 points.
The blend was described as "archtypal Brunello: pale red colour, liquorice and red berries with hints of tobacco and herbs along with lots of freshness", with drinking recommended for 2015 through 2023.
In additional good news for the producer, The Rosso di Montalcino 2012 was well received with a commendable 88+ points from Robert Parker at The Wine Advocate.
